I trained with Kamal for over 2 years and it was the most effective body transformation I have had. His unique stretches and isometric holds that help strengthen joints and avoid injuries and make u more flexible as u get stronger. I have trained myself after that but have never been able to attain that level of whole body flexibility and strength that he was able to achieve.
