Since preparing sports performance-oriented exercise routines for the past decade, I have been re-directing tools gained from my diligence towards correcting and improving postural deficiencies namely; Anatomical Alignment of regional and global joints, Dynamic Positioning of regional and global joints, and emphasis on breathing with exercise that has helped my clients re-organise their physiology towards an athletically focused and healthy profile.

By designing routines to trigger sports performance-oriented adaptations for all age groups my exercise routines equip an individual to be more kinaesthetically aware, with muscles that respond to absorb forces, and joints protected by superior muscle function, together with the confidence that allows individuals to explore sports and physical activities, this can only result from; progressive, traceable exercise routines within a program. Utilisation of my exercise program has resulted in the allowance for reduction or alleviation of joint pains, sped up post-surgical rehabilitation and shown improvements in sports performance. 

My view is that the culture of repetitive exercise that was meant to be a means to an end for a healthy functional and versatile physique has not only become an end on its own, but also creeped into professional and semi-professional sports associations resulting in overuse injuries and hampering performance. This further demands considerable experience and insight into anatomy and physiology of individuals to design exercise routines to bring about achievable results.
